Educate Tomorrow: Educate Tomorrow at FAU is a comprehensive program designed for students who have experienced foster care or homelessness. The goal of this program is to provide wrap-around services from admission to graduation, creating a strong foundation of support, academic coaching, career advising, and access to services on and off campus. The program currently supports 150 foster youth or homeless students at FAU. With your support, we can continue to grow this program.
FAU Cares Emergency Fund: FAU Cares Emergency Fund: Florida Atlantic has established the FAU Cares Emergency Fund for currently registered, degree-seeking students who are experiencing financial hardship. Contributions to the FAU Cares Emergency Fund support education-related expenses such as room, board, tuition, and personal expenses.
First-Generation Student Success: Student Affairs General Fund: Funds raised through the Student Affairs General Fund on September 18 will be reserved for First-Generation Student Success initiatives at FAU. First-Generation Student Success initiatives include mentoring and financial support, as well as other programs and services that encourage and assist first-generation students to achieve personal, academic, and career success.
Food Pantry: The Beyond Food Program and Food Pantry is a holistic program that utilizes the expertise of various on and off-campus resources in assisting FAU students in need to raise their food security level to persist toward academic success. Furthermore, based on the availability of donations, we would like to serve any FAU student by providing a 3-day supply of canned and/or non-perishable food to those experiencing food insecurity.
The Kelly/Strul Emerging Scholars Program: The Kelly/Strul Emerging Scholars Program assists academically talented, first-generation, low-income students to graduate debt-free from Florida Atlantic University in four years or less. The program provides scholars with financial resources, academic support, wraparound services, mentorship, and memorable life experiences that help them become successful leaders.
Student Veteran's Operating Fund: The Military and Veteran Student Success Center fund promotes activities and programs intended to enhance student success for those who actively serve in the military, as well as veterans and their families. In addition, this fund provides resources to create a platform that engages the greater university community in supporting this population of learners.
Student Accessibility Services: Collaborates across the university community to ensure that all aspects of campus life — learning, working and living — are universally accessible. The center provides the institution with resources, education and direct services so that individuals with disabilities may have a greater opportunity to achieve equity and excellence in education.
Student Alumni Association: Contribute to our dedicated and passionate Student Alumni Association members, who tirelessly support Florida Atlantic. To celebrate FAU Athletics’ move to the American Athletic Conference and embrace our new rivalry with USF, we will send a group of students to Tampa for our first football game in the new conference. Donations will help cover travel expenses, allowing our students to cheer on Florida Atlantic.
