Giving Back
As your graduation nears, we hope you will take a moment to reflect on your time at Florida Atlantic University, as well as the importance of giving back to the place you can call a forever home. Graduating seniors are encouraged to give a gift of any amount in honor of their graduation year.
Your senior class gift donation will be directed to the Senior Class Gift Scholarship fund, which provides financial assistance to juniors and seniors who are at risk of not receiving their diplomas due to financial obstacles.
Once you make your gift, you will receive a special graduation cord to wear during commencement to show your support for the future of Florida Atlantic.
Cords are available for pick-up immediately after donating and must be collected in person from one of the following locations with receipt of donation:
- Marleen and Harold Forkas Alumni Center (FA-94, 2nd floor): Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 12 PM and 1 – 4 PM.
- Graduation: Available one hour before each graduation ceremony near Live Oak.
The last day to collect cords in person will be Wednesday, August 6th.
