Florida Small Business Development Center: The Florida Small Business Development Center at Florida Atlantic University provides no-cost support to entrepreneurs and small business owners throughout our community. Each year, we help more than 1,500 businesses with services like business planning, training, funding guidance, and entrepreneurial resources. For entrepreneurs from underserved areas, these programs offer specialized support to build stronger foundations for their ventures. The results speak for themselves: for every $1 donated, we generate $57 in economic return for our community. Florida Atlantic Entrepreneur Institute: The Runway is a startup incubator program that provides students, faculty and staff, and community-founded startups access to numerous resources, mentorship, entrepreneurial education, and support at no cost.
