Graduate College General Fund: Supports talented Florida Atlantic graduate students in need through Graduate Student Hardship Scholarships. These scholarships permit students to focus on their advanced studies by relieving some of the burden associated with the high cost of living in Palm Beach and Broward counties. The fund also supports Thesis & Dissertation Scholarships, which students apply for as they near completion of their master’s thesis or doctoral dissertation. These scholarships help the student by ensuring that they can focus on completing their transformative research and scholarship and the timely completion of their degree.

Graduate Student Research Scholarship Fund: The purpose of this funding is to support research projects by Florida Atlantic graduate students; eliminating the need for students to pay out-of-pocket for supplies or resources needed to complete their thesis or dissertation research projects. In the past, such awards have been made with the requirement that the academic college provide matching funds in support of the graduate student’s research project.
